Welcome to the real Christian world! Welcome to betrayal, disappointments, hurts, and sacrifice. If you have not experienced this in your walk with Christ, well, as my mom would say, “Keep living.”

I don’t say these words to discourage you. I am your cheerleader, your coach, and your spiritual reality mentor! I want to see you succeed! To make that happen, I have to push you when you are tired, prod you when you are stuck, and praise you when you are productive.

With that being said, let me be the first to tell that the path of the Christian walk is a joyous one. James 1:2-4 Amplified Bible (AMP)
2 Consider it nothing but joy, my [a]brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials. 3 Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace]. 4 And let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfect and completely developed [in your faith], lacking in nothing.
We are promised victory with every step as God orders our movement. But let me caution you that joyous does not mean trouble-free. The path is strewn with Hiccups, Handicaps,
& Hardships. It is the victory that is attained in spite of it that fills our life with joy. The promise in Psalm 34:19 AMP continues to ring true in the life of every Christian,
19 Many hardships and perplexing circumstances confront the righteous, But the Lord rescues him from them all.
As you ferret through this study, my hope is that you will discover that you are not alone in whatever difficulty you may be facing. It’s not personal! We have an adversary who is on a mission to kill us.  He roams to and fro through the earth seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8).
It’s not personal! He is an equal opportunity destroyer. But, here is the other side of the coin. Every hiccup, handicap and hardship is not from the devil. Even God will use some things that don’t look good or feel good to get good out of us (Romans 8:28).

Once again, it’s not personal!!! It’s purposeful! And for every Believer, if you do not faint, you will have a good end!
